WELCOME TO JNT LAND SURVEYING SERVICES, INC. The premier Chicago Land surveying company!

JNT was incorporated on February 28th 2000 by Mr. Steven J. Nagel and opened for business on April 1st 2000, with the goal of providing homeowners with fast accurate surveys.

In the beginning Steve Nagel used a 1 man geodometer instrument and worked by himself, out of his house with his grandmother answering the company phones.

As business expanded it became clear that some changes needed to be made, the first was to call an old friend from a previous survey company named Joseph Smallwood to run the field crews and work on the toughest chicago surveys.
